Pre-Owned dresses
I only accept 100% payment in advance.
Unfortunately it is not possible to pay by PayPal and I cannot accept a credit
card, either.
You can pay by bank wiring / an international money order / Western Union.
I agree to take a dress back if it turns out not to fit. In this case the buyer
pays the first shipping, i.e. I wire the money back less the cost of the first
shipping.
Please take your measurements very carefully in order to avoid returns.
Designer dresses
I accept 100% payment in advance. I am sorry I have been forced to introduce
this modification compared to the former 50-50% due to reluctant or non-paying
customers. Please not that my prices do not include bank charges as the amount
varies with countries. Please consider this when calculating your expense.
If there are minor modifications needed which you can solve locally and its
expense is not significant, I appreciate it if you are having it done in your
country at your expense.
If some severe modifications are needed, you can send the gown back for
adjustment. In this case I will pay an additional one way shipment, i.e. from
Hungary to your country. (This is usually not needed, my dressmakers meet the
correct size in most cases, so no need to worry about this issue).
Or else, if you would rather have the gown refitted locally (in your country),
you can choose to receive a discount (i.e. I am wiring some money back).
Please note that I am not taking a gown back for a significant alteration, i.e.
say it turned out after you have put on your new latin dress that the style is
not flattering for you (for example your legs look short in it, or your neck
looks short in it). Please think about this before ordering, and if you do not
have an idea, ask me. My dressmakers have lots of experience, they are able to
tell which style / colour will fit different body shapes / skin colours.
If this unfortunate event would still occur despite our efforts, I am taking the
dress back for alteration with you paying the additional costs (fabric,
seamstress, shipping), or I will help you sell it through DreamGowns.
Returns
I am ready take a gown back if it does not fit / it is not what you had
expected. In this case, I ask everyone to please pay for shipping both ways.

USD 70 (US dollars) - US buyers
EUR 45 (Euro) - European buyers
USD 61 (US dollars) - Taiwan, China, Japan
AUD 80 (Australian dollars) - Australia
Usually I compare the sizes with my buyers so thoroughly, that returns are
rare. (5%)
